What it checks
- Colour compatibility, using a grouping that flags real bleeding risks — like mixing whites with reds or darks
- Fabric compatibility — delicate fabrics such as wool, silk, and viscose are kept separate from sturdier ones like cotton, linen, and blends
- Each garment's own saved care requirements from its label
- Temperature — set to the lowest safe limit across the whole group, not an average of everyone's limit
- A suggested program, spin speed, and detergent type for the group
Shows its reasoning, not just a timer
Every AI wash recommendation comes with a written explanation you can expand on the Active Wash screen — plus any warnings and tips for that specific load — not just a countdown.
It's guidance based on what you've saved about each garment, not a guarantee: if a garment's care instructions are missing or wrong, the recommendation will be too. When in doubt, the garment's own label is the final word.
No energy or sustainability score
The planner doesn't calculate or display an energy-usage or sustainability percentage for a load. That isn't something this app measures today, so it isn't shown as a number here — we'd rather say nothing than make one up.

- Get a compatible grouping. Colour, fabric, and care requirements are checked together, and anything genuinely unsafe to combine is flagged.
- Review the suggested wash. Temperature, program, and the reasoning behind them, before you start.
